Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of tallaai.com and the TallaAI studio (the “Service”), operated by TallaAI. By using the Service or joining the waitlist, you agree to them. If you use TallaAI for a company, you confirm that you can bind that company.

TallaAI generates fashion and product imagery with artificial intelligence, from the photos and instructions you provide. The studio is in early access: features, availability and prices may change, and joining the waitlist does not guarantee access by a particular date.

You must be at least 18 and give accurate information. Keep your login details secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. If you suspect unauthorised use, tell us at contact@tallaai.com.

You keep all rights to the photos, logos and other material you upload (“Inputs”). You confirm that you own them or have permission to use them, including the consent of anyone who appears in them. You give us a limited licence to store and process your Inputs only to provide the Service to you.

Subject to these terms, you may use the images the Service generates for you (“Outputs”), including for commercial purposes. AI can produce similar results for different users, so we cannot guarantee that an Output is unique or free of third-party rights. Check Outputs before you publish them, especially for how accurately they show your products.

You must not use TallaAI to:

• create images of a real, identifiable person without their consent;
• create sexual, violent, hateful or deliberately misleading content, or any content involving minors in an inappropriate way;
• infringe intellectual property, privacy or image rights;
• break the law, or try to reverse engineer, overload or get around the security of the Service.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Credit packs are one-off purchases, not subscriptions, at the prices shown on our pricing page when you buy. Credits are used when you generate images and do not expire. Unused credits in a pack can be refunded within 14 days of purchase; once credits have been used, payments are not refundable unless the law requires otherwise.

The Service, our software, brand, design and website content belong to TallaAI or its licensors. These terms do not give you any right to them beyond using the Service.

The Service is provided “as is”. AI output can be inaccurate or unexpected, and we do not promise that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law, including Moroccan Law No. 31-08.

As far as the law allows, TallaAI is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You can stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, with notice where reasonable.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any dispute that cannot be settled amicably will be brought before the competent courts of Casablanca.

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top of this page and, for significant changes, tell you in advance. If you keep using the Service after a change takes effect, you accept the new terms.
